Both involve the relationship between daily habits, physical patterns, and the ability to function consistently well. Both also benefit from a structured, personalised approach to understanding what is happening and making practical adjustments. This work is led by Dr. Jade, a Certified Health Coach under the American Council on Exercise (ACE), whose practice integrates health science with ICF-credentialed professional coaching.
Women's health coaching supports individuals navigating changes in energy, sleep, mood, and physical patterns that can be difficult to manage alongside work and daily responsibilities. The work focuses on building clarity about what the body is doing, identifying what to adjust, and developing routines that are sustainable and aligned with the individual's needs.
Gut health coaching supports individuals in understanding how eating patterns, stress, and lifestyle choices affect digestion, energy, and daily physical comfort. The work focuses on recognising these patterns and making considered, practical adjustments and routines that contribute to better digestion, energy and overall wellbeing.
