JLWC has provided pro bono coaching to leaders and staff of charities and non-profit organisations across Singapore, recognising that those who serve others often receive the least investment in their own leadership development.

A significant thread running through this work is the advancement of women in leadership. Many of JLWC’s pro bono beneficiaries are women-led organisations, reflecting a deliberate commitment to strengthening the capabilities, clarity, and confidence of women leaders across the non-profit, professional, and community sectors.

Organisations supported through this initiative include the Singapore Red Cross, Association of Women Doctors (Singapore), Breastfeeding Mothers’ Support Group Singapore, HP Singapore Women’s Business Resource Group, Singapore Business and Professional Women’s Association (Mandarin Chapter), Spanish Speaking Women’s Association, Society for WINGS, Inner Wheel Club of Singapore, Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association Singapore, and the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations.

In recognition of this work, JLWC was awarded the Company of Good 2 Hearts Award (2025–2027) by the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre. This recognition is given to organisations committed to creating meaningful community impact through volunteerism and philanthropy.
